Job Summary
This is a remote, part-time position as a Client Engagement & Intake Specialist, focusing on building trust with prospective clients through SMS inquiries and occasional phone consultations.
The role emphasizes empathy, curiosity, and understanding clients’ health and wellness needs, with a flexible, on-call schedule requiring prompt responses to leads, primarily during East Coast hours (16:00–24:00 GMT).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to SMS inquiries.
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand clients’ health goals and needs.
- Schedule phone consultations using tools like Calendly.
- Document client details accurately in CRM and scheduling platforms.
- Build relationships with empathy and follow up as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, empathy, and an interest in health and wellness.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRMs or scheduling tools (training provided).
- Basic Excel proficiency.
- Reliable availability and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
- Remote position with a flexible schedule.
- Must respond quickly to sporadic inbound leads, mostly during East Coast hours.
