To file your KRA Returns without the P9 form, follow the steps below.

  • Log to your iTax portal using the PIN and password.

  • Click on ITR for employment income only on the returns tab.

  • Enter the return period, and select YES to having employment income only.

  • Fill in all the information in section A appropriately, do not fill anything in section F and M as it is already pre filled
  • Enter details of advance tax in section Q if any
  • In section T, ensure you fill in your pension deductions on SR.1.1 and personal relief on S.R 2.5 then submit.
